disappointing breakfast

room temperature

i was almost ready to give a good review until i encountered the pathetic breakfast with no eggs at all, just sad bread and canned fruit. not to mention, trying to get my room to a comfortable temp was an unbearable struggle. i expected better service as well. oh, the audacity.

Kiel vibes 🌊⚓️

Lekker location, just a hop from the train station. The brekkie spot was super nice and proper coffee made my mornings great. The staff were like chommies, so friendly and helpful!

The WiFi was a bit up and down, but not a biggie for me.

Check-in process too invasive with excessive data requests!!! Room lacked bedside plugs, which are essential for modern travelers!!! Bathroom showing wear and tear needs maintenance attention!!!

my stay was delightful, with the hotel being just a few steps from the main train station and close to beautiful Schrevenpark where I enjoyed a lovely afternoon stroll, and I truly appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff who made my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location across from the Kiel train station, allowing easy exploration of the city! Rooms were spacious and quiet, with a delightful little fridge. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay!

The online check-in was a bit concerning, but thankfully, friendly receptionists were there to assist upon arrival.

I had a pleasant stay at Berliner Hof. The room was well-maintained, with a spacious desk for work and a newly cleaned bathroom featuring hot water and functional heating. The breakfast buffet was remarkable, showcasing a wide range of German breakfast items and a great selection of cereals.
